This fulfillment notice covers anything within www.laurajanebarnes.com and informs you of our policies regarding any purchases you make whilst on this website.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS/RESOURCES
Digital Delivery: All of our products are digital and delivered electronically. Upon completion of your purchase, you will receive an email with a link to download your product. Please ensure that you provide a valid email address during checkout to receive your product without any delay.
Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediacy of delivery, we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been made. Please read the product descriptions thoroughly before making a purchase to ensure it meets your needs. If you encounter any issues with accessing or downloading the product, please contact our support team for assistance.
Cancellations: As our products are digital and delivered immediately via email after purchase, cancellations are not possible. Once the purchase is made and the product is sent, you gain immediate access and permanent ownership of the product. Therefore, please ensure that you are certain of your purchase before proceeding.
1:1 SERVICES
Access and Delivery: Our 1:1 services are delivered through live video calls, allowing for direct and personal interaction tailored to your specific goals and needs. Upon signing up for 1:1 services, you will receive an email with details on how to schedule your sessions and links to access the video calls. Please ensure that you provide a valid email address during checkout to receive this information without any delay.
Ongoing Support: In addition to live sessions, you will have access to direct messaging support with Laura, offering guidance and answers to your queries throughout the duration of your agreed service period. This ensures continuous progress and personalised attention to your development.
Client Hub Access: All clients of our 1:1 services gain exclusive access to a private Client Hub hosted on Notion. Here, you will find all pertinent materials related to your sessions, including session recordings (if applicable), personalised resources, and any additional information that supports your growth and learning. This hub is designed to keep you organised and ensure you have access to all your coaching resources in one secure place.
Cancellation Rights: Clients may cancel their service agreement up to 48 hours before the scheduled time of the first coaching session. Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to laura@laurajanebarnes.com. The cancellation notice must clearly state the client's decision to cancel the service.
Refund Eligibility:
Payment Plans: Clients on a payment plan who choose to cancel their service agreement more than 48 hours before the first session are entitled to a full refund of any payments made, less the 5% transaction fee, as noted above. If the service is cancelled less than 48 hours before the first session, the client must pay for the planned first session, and any future payments will be discontinued.
Block Bookings: Clients who have purchased sessions as a block booking at a discounted rate and choose to cancel more than 48 hours before the first session will be refunded for the full amount minus the 5% transaction fee. If the client cancels less than 48 hours before the first session, they will be charged at the standard rate for the first session, and the remaining sessions will be cancelled without additional charge.
MEMBERSHIPS
Access and Delivery: Our membership services provide continuous access to exclusive digital resources and content through a secure, members-only area. Upon completing your membership registration and payment, you will receive an email with details on how to access the membership content. Please ensure that you provide a valid email address during checkout to ensure uninterrupted access to your membership benefits.
Membership Cancellation: Membership to our services is on a rolling monthly basis and can be cancelled at any time. To cancel your membership, please visit our Billing Portal and click the red 'X' next to your upcoming payment. No further payments will be taken, and you will continue to have access to the membership content until the end of your current billing period.
Updating Payment Details: To update your payment details for your membership, please visit the Billing Portal. This ensures that your membership does not experience any interruptions due to payment issues.
Refund Policy: Due to the immediate access provided to digital resources upon membership activation, we do not offer refunds on any membership fees paid. We encourage you to review the membership terms and the scope of content provided before making your purchase decision. If you encounter any issues with accessing or utilising your membership benefits, please contact laura@laurajanebarnes.com for assistance or submit a ticket via the helpdesk inside your membership.
